Punctuality and being polite to customers are vitally important, as well. The mindset focused on solutions rather than problems. Challenges come up every day, but we work together to find ways of achieving our goals, whatever happens. We do our best and we see that it\u2019s appreciated.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CP: What qualities are required to be a delivery driver?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You have to be firm and clear headed. For us, the main thing is that EVERYTHING necessary is done between taking charge of the parcel and delivering it to the customer. Whether it\u2019s making the delivery, the organisation, following procedures or safety, everything must be done so that the parcel reaches the customer properly. You have to want to do a good job. It might not seem so, but it\u2019s a profession that does things thoroughly and you have to be able to anticipate and improvise, as well. It\u2019s not always easy, but when you know that the parcel has reached the correct destination, you can tell yourself that the effort you made was not for
